Cyberattack on the SCHOCK GROUP
Dear Sir or Madam, dear business partners,
We would like to inform you that the SCHOCK Group became the victim of an external cyberattack on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 10:32 p.m.
At approximately 11:00 p.m., all systems were shut down and switched off.
Fortunately, our security measures were effective. Our productive systems such as SAP, CAD NX, BDE, and others were not affected, allowing our production, logistics, and sales departments to continue operating without any restrictions.
Only our communication systems, such as e-mail servers and telephony, were targeted and encrypted at the operating system level.
Based on current knowledge, no customer data has been extracted and no phishing emails have been sent.
